CARLamb Merchandise Refund - Return Policy
CARLamb'S 30 Day Money Back Guarantee We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return non-custom made items for a full refund (minus any shipping, handling or gift wrap charges) within 30 days of the original shipping date. The item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories and shipped back to us in a shipping box, to ensure full credit.
All purchases must receive prior authorization from CARLamb before a return can be accepted. In the event an item or items are returned without prior authorization, and if accepted back, a restocking fee of 25% will automatically be deducted from the refund providing the covers can be resold. If the covers for whatever reason are not accepted back by CARLamb, they will be returned, and the shipping charged to the customer.
The 30 Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Clearance (Hot Buy) items, as all sales are final in that section of the website.
CUSTOM SEAT COVERS: There are no returns on CARLamb (custom made to order) items except for defects in materials or workmanship. This includes all custom, Ultimate, Designer and TailorMade. In the event there is a problem, customer will pay to have the covers returned to the factory to evaluate your complaint. In addition CARLamb reserves the right to fix any problems or replace the covers at our discretion. Please remember, when ordering custom, Ultimate, Designer and TailorMade seat covers, you acknowledge on the order that you understand that custom, Ultimate, Designer and TailorMade covers cannot be returned for a refund. Custom covers can often be reworked to satisfy and small imperfection of workmanship and fitting - CARLamb reserves the right to rectify the concern in the manner in which they choose.
CARLamb sheepskins and lambswool are natural products and the long hair wool may have small texture imperfections which are a natural occurance of the materials.
Fitting or Installation Problems: Having problems installing the seat covers is not a reason to return them. In 95% of all cases where there have been problems, we are able to assist the customer with the installation over the phone or email. If after having received assistance from our Installation staff and you are still not satisfied with the fit, we ask that you email us a picture, (If you do not have a computer, please mail us the picture). With the assistance of a picture we are able to see the problem and determine if it's a factory issue or if it was not installed it correctly.
SEAT STYLE: If your vehicle seat style is not listed in our seat style guide and is new, we will obtain this pattern to fit to your new seat style
